Biography
Roderick was born about 1820. He passed away in 1880.
Niel McIsaac, born 1 August 1845 was baptized in St. Brigids, St. Marys Parish, Brae, Lot 9 on 28 September 1845, father Roderick McIsaac and mother Margery Foster. Their daughter Isabella was baptized on 5 November 1843, in the same church, at age 3 weeks. Elizabeth and Mary, daughters of Roderick McIsaac and "Moses Fausten ?" were baptized in Bloomfield in 1862; Mary was age 8, and Elizabeth age 6. [1] [2]
Son Neil said that both of his parents were born in Scotland.[3]
Research Notes
A Roderick McIsaac, born 1821, married Mary McDonald in 1838. Roderick and Mary were in Lot 8 in 1881 and 1891. [4]
