Biography

Martha Tuach MacKenzie (married name Zippel) was born in 1871 in Wonwondah, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Donald Tuach MacKenzie and Janet (Matheson) MacKenzie.^[1][2]

She married John William Zippel in Victoria in 1892.^[3] Their children were:

John died in Horsham, Victoria in 1925.^[14] Martha died in Horsham 17 years later, on 8 July 1943, aged 72 years.^{[2][15][16][17]} Their remains were buried at Horsham Cemetery.^[18]
