Dec. 13, 1927-May 11, 2015 Coker, Ruth Elizabeth (McElRoy) born December 13, 1927, passed away Monday, May 11, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Troy Vernon Coker Jr., her brothers and sister. She is survived by her sons Richard (Sandy) Dusty (Roxanne) Ron (Lauretta) and daughters, Theresa (Dal) and Judith Randy), 12 grandchildren and 30 great grand children. Funeral services will be Friday, May 29, 2015, 2:00 PM at Forest Hills. Viewing will be from 11:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Ridout, Trussville. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to: Alzheimer's Foundation of America, 322 Eighth Ave., 7th fl., New York, NY 10001. Published by The Birmingham News from May 26 to May 27, 2015.
