Biography
Christina was born about 1791 in Ockle, Scotland.
She married Donald Cameron in 1820. In 1840 they sailed for New Zealand with six children in the Blenheim.
Donald and Christina had seven children, six surviving to adulthood:
- Dugald Cameron, 1823-1873
- Alexander Cameron, 1824-1899
- Catherine (Cameron) MacFarlane, 1826-1908
- Donald Cameron, 1826-1866
- Allan Cameron, 1827-1827
- Annie (Cameron) McDonell, 1830-1919
- Duncan Cameron, 1831-1915
Donald died in 1860. Christina passed away in 1872. Both were buried in the Bolton Street Cemetery in Wellington.
