Harry Fulton McCleod was born in Fredericton on September 14, 1870. He was the son of Joseph McLeod and Jane Fulton.
Harry married Ina Florence Mercereau in 1908.
Harry served as mayor of Fredericton from 1907 to 1908, then as Member of the Legislative Assembly for York from 1908 to 1913, and then as Member of Parliament, first for York and then for York-Sunbury from 1913 until his death.
Harry died at his home in Fredericton on January 7, 1921, and was buried in Forest Hill Cemetery, Fredericton.[1]
