Florence or Flora Charlotte McNeilly was born on May 1, 1848 in Berrima, Sutton Forest, New South Wales.[citation needed] She was the daughter of Charlotte Elizabeth Atkinson and Thomas McNeilly.
Florence married George Garlick (1844 - 1921) in the Penrith district in 1866.[1]
She died November 26, 1940 at Bondi, New South Wales, Australia aged 92.[2][3]
