Biography

Sarah was born in 1804. She was the daughter of James McQuillan and Susannah Leavy. She passed away in 1871.

She married John McWhorter in 1820 in Ten Mile Creek, Washington, Pennsylvania. Their children were James McWhorter (1822–1903), John M. McWhorter (1824–1907), William McWhorter (1829–1896) and Elizabeth (McWhorter) Ransom (1832–1884).

Sarah passed away on 27 May 1871 in Marshall County, West Virginia followed with burial at the Wood Hill Cemetery in Marshall County, West Virginia.
