Biography

Charles Merrill was born Sep 1755 in Hartford, Connecticut^[1], son of Hezekiah Merrill (1720-1760) and Sarah Butler (1720-1798). About 1776 in Hartford he married Christian Marsh (1755-1778). They had two children, born in Hartford^[1][2].

2. Sarah Merrill, b. 14 Oct 1778; d. 8 Dec 1778, age 1 month.
