Biography
Bettie Lee Wilkes-Young was born on March 4, 1852, in Virginia, her father, James, was 27, and her mother, Amanda, was 18.
She married John James Young and they had seven children together. She passed away on December 12, 1939, in Maysville, Oklahoma, at the age of 87, and was buried there.
