Kathren was baptised on 6 Jan 1740 in Athelstaneford, where her family was resident. She is the daughter of James Mirrilees and Katherine Harlaw.[1]
She married James Curry/Currie in 1762.[2][3] Marriage registration (James and Katherine) states "Caur for the man James Curry Senior and for the woman Adam Idington."
