Flora Alberta Miles was born on 28 Jul 1861 in Luthersburg, Clearfield, Pennsylvania, USA, daughter of James A. Miles (1825 - 1884) and Lydia Ann (Dressler) Miles (1824 - 1865).

Flora (42) married Stephen Holman Wing (61) , son of Nathaniel Wing and Esther Holman, on 3 Feb 1904 in Olean, Cattaraugus Co, New York.
