Biography

Martha Miller was the daughter of John and Agnes Miller. She married to Joseph Kincaid, an Irishman, the year 1838 in Switzerland County, Indiana.

Martha and Joseph must have remained in Switzerland County for a few years, their eldest daughter Margaret was born there. They then appear to have moved into Monongalia, West Virginia. Martha, at least, returned to Switzerland County at the time of her son Joseph's birth but returned to Monongalia thereafter. She died in 1874.
