Biography
William was a son of John Mingo and Ellen (Grover) Mingo. He was born in New Brunswick, but moved to Maine in 1881. He married Annie M Chessie (born 1869) on 4 March 1889 in New Brunswick.[1] Their children included:[2]

- John A Mingo (born 1891)
- William C Mingo (born 1894)
- Arthur P Mingo (born 1896)
- Clarence L Mingo (born 1898)
