Biography

Union Captain in the 48th Regiment, Kentucky Infantry, Company E during the civil war. Enlisted 26 Oct 1863 ....Discharged 15 dec 1864. He served as a captain.

Crittenden co was once Livingston co

I have seen a lot of trees & some pictures where people confuse this Richard with his father
