Teodosio was born in 1882 in Vanzaghello, which was then a frazione of Magnago.

He traveled to the United States aboard the SS La Savoie out of La Havre, France to New York arriving there on 26 Mar 1910. On the ship's manifest his occupation was listed as Electrician; his home town reference his wife Maria, whose address was Via San Rocco, 63, Vanzaghello. He was to be met by his uncle Brusatori ?? in Santa Barbara.

By 12 Sep 1918 he was living at 2135 Quesada Ave. in San Francisco and working for Miller and Lux producing fertilizer from the cattle that came through the slaughterhouse. His wife Maria had yet to emigrate and was listed on his draft registration card as living in Vanzaghello.

He passed away in 1941.

and is buried in Sunset View Cemetery in El Cerrito, CA.
