Biography
Kathy was born in 1960 at Queen Alexander Hospital, Hobart, Tasmania. She first attended Bagdad Primary School then went to Claremont High School again in Tasmania. She is the daughter of Gordon Arthur David Mitchell and Moira Palmer.
