William Morse was born in Gloucestershire, England.

William was born in Yorkley, Gloucestershire, England, on December 17, 1899.^[1] He was the son of Fred Morse and Elizabeth Watts. He was enumerated in the 1901 ^[2] and 1911 census ^[3] residing with his family in West Dean, Gloucestershire.

William married Lillian Price on April 16, 1927, in Viney Hill, Gloucestershire.^[4] It appears the couple had at least one child.

William passed away on October 28, 1984.^[5]
