Biography

Ann Eliza Morse was born on September 3, 1808 in Trenton, Oneida, New York.[1] She was the daughter of William A. Morse[2] and Mary Almira Hunt.

Ann married Edward Galasha Dyer (1806-1888) on January 19, 1831 in Trenton, New York.[3] They had 4 children.

  1. Charles Ephron Dyer (1834-1905)
  2. William H Dyer (1837-1850)[4]
  3. Emily Almira (Dyer) Gunn (1839-1915)[4]
  4. Harriet Arvilla (Dyer) Norton (1846-1921)[4]

They made their home in Burlington, Racine, Wisconsin, where she was a Home maker and Edward was a Physician.[5][6]

At age 41, Ann and Edward-43, lived in Burlington, Racine, Wisconsin where Edward was a Physician, and Ann was taking care of the home and family, Wiliam-13, Emily 11, Harriet-4 and a guest.[4]

Ann died at the age of 71, on 10 June 1880 in Burlington, Racine, Wisconsin[2] and was buried in the Burlington Cemetery.[1]
