Joseph Cecil Mary Mostyn, son of Edward Henry Joseph Mostyn and Mary Cecily Talbot was born on 2 May 1891 in Arundel, Sussex. His birth was registered in the Apr-May-Jun quarter of 1891 in the East Preston district.[1]
In the 1901 census Joseph (age 9) was the son of Edward H J Mostyn in Arundel, Sussex, England.[2]
In the 1911 census Joseph (age 19), Gentleman Cadet, was a single patient in Woolwich, London, England.[3]
Joseph married Miss Joan Wake Shorrock on 27 February 1924 in Plymouth, Devon, England.[4] Their marriage was registered in the Jan-Feb-Mar quarter of 1924 in the Newton Abbot district. [5]
