Biography

Dorothy Louise (Mott) Dial was born on 07 September 1926 in Alabama, United States. She was the daughter of James Malcom Mott (1903 - 1986) and Julia M. Schultz.

Dorothy was 3 1/2 years old when the 1930 United States Census was taken. She was living in the household of her parents in Grove Hill, Clarke County, Alabama.[1]

When the 1940 United States Census was taken, Dorothy was 13 years old. She was still living with her parents in Grove Hill.[2]

Dorothy Louise Mott was married to Edward Allen Huggins on 25 February 1947 in Prattville, Autauga County, Alabama.[3]

Dorothy and her husband, along with one child, were living in McEntyre, Clarke County, Alabama when the 1950 United States Census was taken.[4]

Dorothy Huggins nee Mott was married to Arthur Arnold Dial on 02 April 1960 in Grove Hill, Clarke County, Alabama.[5]

Dorothy Louise (Mott) Dial died on 17 September 1992 at the age of 66. She was buried in Magnolia Cemetery, Grove Hill, Clarke County, Alabama.[6]
