Sarah, or Sally, Moulton was born in Lyman, New Hampshire in 1792, the daughter of Noah Moulton and Priscilla Barron. Sarah and Searle Eastman married in New Hampshire in 1816. Searle was recently widowed from Rebecca Bailey.
Searle and Sally had seven children. This family was living at Lyman, NH when the 1850 and 1860 censuses were taken. Searle Eastman died in Sep. 1869 at Landaff, NH of heart disease, age 80. He was buried in Moulton Hill Cemetery, Lyman, NH.[1] Widow Sally Eastman was living at Landaff, NH in the house of her son Joel, when the 1870 census was taken. She was again living with the family of her son Joel, when the 1880 census was taken, this time back in Lisbon, NH.
Sarah Moulton Eastman died in Lisbon, New Hampshire in 1885.
