Biography
John Moutray was born around 1732. In 1794, he is listed in the tax list for Warren County, Georgia in the Hubberts District.[1] He died in 1795. John Moutray's will was probated in 1795 in Warren County, Georgia, naming wife Mary and children Sally Wells, Leah Carter, Joel Moutray, Nancy Roden, John Moutray, Lewis Moutray, Mary Peavy and Cassandra Moutray, with Cassandra as executor[2]
