Ann (Moyle) Nicholls was born in Cornwall, England.

Ann was born in 1820. She was the daughter of John Moyle (Miner) and Mary Bond from Tripplet.

She was Baptised at Gwennap, Cornwall on 21 April 1820. [1]

On 6 June 1841 John Moyle (55) Miner, wife, Mary Moyle (55), Ann Moyle (24), William Moyle (19) Miner, Catherine Moyle (14), Jane Moyle (12), Emma Moyle (9) and Matthew Moyle (6) lived in Triplet, Gwennap, Cornwall. [2] Triplet Cottages (at Poldice) are located around 1km from Todpool.

Ann Moyle married Thomas Cocking (Miner), both full age from Skinners Bottom, on 19 October 1845 at St. Agnes, Cornwall, England by Banns. Fathers James Cockin (Miner) and John Moyle (Miner). Witnesses James Daniel and Elisha Trewartha. Banns published on 14, 21 and 28 September. [3] [4]
