Biography
James was born about 1811. He was the son of Robert Mullinger and Sarah Quantrell.
No baptism record has been found yet, but James' son James (1839) is found on the 1851 census as a 12 year old with grandparents Robert and Sarah Mullinger.
James passed away in 1858, aged 47.
