John J Mullins Sr. founded the South Side Bottling Works mineral spring and distilled water distributing company circa 1890 at 523 South Park Avenue, Buffalo, Erie County, New York.[3]
John Mullins died before 1937 in Buffalo, Erie County, New York.[3]

There was either more than one Sarah or they consistently misreported her age. It's unlikely she was 28 with a 70-year-old father and 68-year-old mother in 1920
