Biography

George William Munn was born on 8 December 1879 in Edenhope, Victoria, Australia, the son of Mary (Gummow) Munn and William Munn.[1]

He married Margaret Armstrong Hope in 1905 in Victoria.[2] Their children were:[3]

  • William Edgar Munn (1907–1962)
  • Hector George Munn (1911–1988)
  • Merle Margaret Munn (1916–1998)
  • Ronald Thomas Munn (1919–1984)

George died on 14 July 1958 in Edenhope, aged 78 years. His remains were buried at Apsley Cemetery in Apsley, Victoria.[3]
