Biography
When Rebecca Jayne Murdock was born in 1756 in Orange, North Carolina, her father, James, was 20, and her mother, Elizabeth, was 1. She married William Payne on July 24, 1786, in her hometown. They had nine children in 10 years. She died in 1820 in North Carolina at the age of 64.
