Biography

Ivy was born in 1889. Her parents were Michael Murphy and Martha Emma Hagle. Ivy married Walter Basham in 1909. They had 2 daughters, Edna Vere and Betty Jean Basham. Walter passed away in 1929. Ivy married Matthew Stahl on June 3, 1933 [1] and they divorced (date unknown). She married Leonard Sinclair (date unknown). Ivy passed away in 1974.

Research Notes

An item in the 28 February 1939 Salinas Californian newspaper tells of a party at which Mrs. Leonard Sinclair and Mrs. Frank Rodriguez (otherwise known as Betty Jean Basham) were present. [2]
