Henry was born in 1911. He was the son of William Nash and Ollie Hitchcock. He passed away in 1996.

He married Ethel G. Whisennand in 1936; She died March 16, 1983. Later, he married Mary Ruth Williams.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Ruth, sons, Billy R. Nash and Ronnie Gail Nash, both of Elkhart, Kan; and Roger Nash, Garden City, Kan.; a brother, Andrew Nash of Sparta; sisters, Minnie Ethel Howell, Sally Lee Golden, Rowena Hayes, all of Sparta; Willie Stone of Cookeville, Tenn., and Clarise Hickery of Chattanooga, Tenn.; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Oct. 30 at the Chapel of Thurman Funeral Home, Sparta, with bro. Cleve Hitchcock, officiating. Interment will be in the Elkhart Cemetery, Elkhart, Kan.; on Monday, Nov. 4 at 1:30 p.m. under the direction of Harrell Funeral Home of Elkhart.
