Allan Duane Nathaniel was born on November 4, 1933, in Salt Lake City.[1] He married Bonnie Hendrickson[2][3] and they had four children together. He then had one son from another relationship. He then married Afesa M Bell on July 25, 1975, in Alachua, Florida.[4] Allan died on July 6, 1995,[5]in Duval County, Florida.
