Biografie
Charles Edouard (Naundorff) de Bourbon has roots in the region now known as Berlin, Germany.
Charles Edouard werd geboren op 22 juli 1821 in Spandau in Pruisen, tegenwoordig in Duitsland. Hij was de zoon van Karl Wilhelm Naundorf, die zich uitgaf als Charles-Louis de Bourbon (Lodewijk XVII), en Johanna Frederika Einert.[1]
Na omzwervingen vanwege de omstreden claim van zijn vader, vestigde het gezin zich in Nederland.[1]
Charles Edouard bleef ongehuwd. Hij overleed op 31 januari 1866 in Breda, 44 jaar oud.[2]
