Biography

Norma, daughter of William Neil and Alma J. (Lawson) Neil,[1] was born in Sooke, British Columbia on 1 Oct 1917.[2]

In the 1921 census Norma (age about 3) was living in Saanich Municipality Ward 2, Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada. Marital Status: Single. Relation to Head of House: Daughter.[3]

Norma (19) married Horace Wilmot Arthurs[2] (22) in Victoria, British Columbia on 16 June 1936.[1]

In 1974 Norma (age about 56) was living in Comox; Alberni, British Columbia, Canada.[4]

Norma (age 58) died on 26 February 1976 in Sooke, British Columbia, Canada.[2][5]
