Biography

Wayne was born in 1919. He was the son of Hugh Nelson and Ida Dugan.

He married Ruth M. Sklenar in 1941.^[1]

He worked for the Boy Scouts of America for 32 years. He was the Associate National Director of Personnel for the BSA at time of his death.

He was an Army veteran of WWII, and was a Mason.

He passed away in 1978.^{[2][3][4][5][6]}
