Biography

David was born in 1752. He was the son of Joseph Newcomb and Meriba Bateman. He passed away in 1803.

"David, b. Apr. 3, 1752; m. Naomi ___; both admitted to chh. Dec. 2, 1781; he d. in Fairfield, N.J., in 1803; she d. Sept. 25, 1802; had several ch.; all d. young. He was at one time a merchant in Philadelphia."[1]
