Biography

Mary was born on 28 January 1870 in Carterville, St John's, Florida, United States. She was the daughter of John Jackson O'Steen and Rachel E. Carter. ^[1]

When Mary was 25 she married James Dozier DuPont on 6 April 1895. The couple had one child: Ellis Abraham DuPont. ^[1]

Mary died at the age of 71 on 19 August 1941 and was buried in St John's, Florida. Note: Pellicer Creek Cemetery ^[1]
