Biography

Ernest was born in 1899 at Colac, Victoria, Australia to John Oborne (1873-1945) and Isabella (Toleman) Oborne (1870-1927)^[1].

In 1936, he married Jessie Rose Hanniver in Victoria, Australia^[2]. There were no children born of this union.

Lochie died in 1943 at Colac, Victoria^[3] from complications following surgery. He is interred at Colac Cemetery, Colac, Victoria, Australia^[4].
