Daughter of Edward David Stuart Oglivie and Theodosia Isabella (de Burgh) Ogilvie whose portrait is part of the permanent collection at the State Library of New South Wales.

Married Edward Louis Dalrymple Boyle on Sept. 14, 1889 in Kensington, London, England. Edward was in the British Royal Navy and fought in the Egyptian war of 1882 and the Sudan 1891, and was responsible for the delivery of the Japanese cruisers "KASUGA" AND "NISSHIN" to the Emperor for the Russo-Japanese War.

Mother of Theodosia Frances (Boyle) Swire Wodehouse (1890-1966), LCol. Edward Patrick Ogilvie Boyle (1893-1966), and Irene Florinda Maud Boyle (1895-1966).
