Biography

Bernt Olsen Klokk was born on 28 Apr 1857 in Hjørundfjord, the son of Ole Jonsen and Randi Berntsdatter.[1]
In 1865 Bernt Olsen (age 9) lived with his parents and siblings at Klok in Hjørundfjord.[2]
Bernt married Martine Christine Olava Hansdatter Strenge. Their children were:
- Olav Klokk, born 3 Sep 1885
- Ragna Klokk, born 29 Aug 1890
Bernt, his wife Martine, and children Olav and Ragna moved to Vestnes in 1890.[3]
In 1891 Bernt lived in Vestnes with his wife and children.[4]
In 1900 Bernt was an Agricultural school manager in Fana.[5]
He died on 20 May 1901 in Fana, Nordland.[6]
