Frank was born in 1917. Frank Oncay was the son of Frank Oncay and Eva M. Lenters.[1][2][3]
He passed away in 1978.[4][5] He was buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Pollock, Grant Parish, Louisiana, United States.[6]
