Biography

Lowell was born in Minnesota in 1916, the son of Thomas Orr and Effie Fitzsimmons.^[1] He married Emma H. Mekosch in Iowa in 1940.^[2] Lowell passed away in Minnesota in 1963^[3][4][5][6] and is buried in Trimont, Minnesota.^[7]
