Biography

Henry was born on 18 Nov 1859 in Greenbrier County, Virginia (now West Virginia) He was the son of George Osborne and Catherine Jones.

On 28 Aug 1889 in Jasper County, Iowa he married Rhonda Ann Hammer (1862-1922). Together they had 3 children:

  • Orpha Belle Osborne-Klopping (1890-1924)
  • Orville James Osborne (1894-1971)
  • Henry Jay Osborne (1896-1896)

He passed away on 15 Jul 1943 in Newton, Jasper County, Iowa. He was buried in Center Friends Cemetery, Kellogg, Jasper County, Iowa.
