Biography

James, son of George John Owen & Elizabeth Eve Burgess, was born on 7 May 1847 and this was registered in the Apr-May-Jun quarter of 1847 in the Stepney district.^[1] He was baptised on 9 January 1848 in Saint Thomas, Stepney, Middlesex, England.^[2]
