Biography
Anne was born about 1780.
Marriage
Richard Stiles and Anne Palmer were married at St Mary's, Wootton, Oxfordshire on 27th April 1801. They were bachelor and spinster on marriage, both of the parish and married by banns. Neither could write so made their mark on the register. The witnesses to the marriage were Mary Green and Charles Eagleston.[1]
