George, son of David Palmer and Jane Elliott, was born on 30 January 1871 in Millville, York, New Brunswick, Canada.[2]
In the 1881 census George (age 13) was in Southampton, York, New Brunswick, Canada.[3]
In the 1901 census George (age 33) was the single son of David G Palmer in York, New Brunswick, Canada.[4]
Research notes
1912-38=1874 for approx year of birth, son of David and Sarah Palmer. (One record says that he was born at Kingsclear, York Co, NB, but that was a Late Registration of Births for one of his children, signed by his wife, Lena. That was her own place of birth. Perhaps it was a mix up. His marriage record said that he was born at Millville, NB. He would likely have known where he was born.)
Death certificate has his parents as David Palmer and June Elliott. Informant was his wife. Interment in Millville Cemetery. Unmarked?
