Nancy Emeline "Emma" Palmer was born in 1855. She was the daughter of Ben Palmer and Lydia Miller. She carries the same name as her father's sister, Nancy Emeline Palmer Barker.
Emma Palmer was married to Cornelius Frank.
She passed away in 1946.[1]
