Biography
Parley Palmer was born on July 6, 1880 in Glenwood, Sevier, Utah Territory, son of William Moroni Palmer (1846–1929) and Mary Ann Mellor (1846–1892).[1]
Parley died on July 24, 1960 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, aged 80. He is commemorated at Taber Memorial Garden Cemetery, Taber, Lethbridge Census Division, Alberta.[1]
