Florida was born on 24 June 1906 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. She was the daughter of Jean Baptiste Papineau and Matilda Jodoin.[1]
When Florida was 20 she married on 27 August 1926 in Carleton, Ontario, Canada.[2]
Florida died at the age of 66 on 26 January 1973 in Canada.[3]
Florida was buried after 26 January 1973 in Notre Dame Cemetary.[4]
