Biography

Annie was born on October 5 1877 in Greysouthen, Cumberland, England to parents Isaac Parker and Martha Cameron.

In 1881 she was in Greysouthen with her parents. ^[1]

Annie's mother Martha died in 1889. Annie was about 11 years old.

In 1891 she was in Greysouthen. She was thirteen and a scholar. She was with her father Isaac, step-mother Agnes, and brother John. ^[2]

In April 1897 at Brigham Parish Church, Annie married Ponsonby Carruthers. They went on to have four children.

In 1901 Annie and Ponsonby were living in Loweswater, Cumberland. ^[3]

By 1911 the family had moved to Crosscanonby. ^[4]

In 1939 Ann was listed as incapacitated. She was living with her daughter Edith and her family at Stockmoor Farm.

Annie died on December 17 1956 in Cumberland, England.
