Biography

Leslie Oliver Parker was married twice, first to Elizabeth "Bessie" Howard, she left him, while pregnant with their second child, Ray Graves Parker, and she moved to New Mexico. His second wife was Barbara Ann Reiter, they moved to Osage County, Oklahoma, and raised their six children there.
