Judah Parker, Sarah Parker, Winnifred Parker and Charity Parker were four orphaned children of Simon Parker. Benjamin Foreman was the guardian of these four orphaned children from 1760 to 1769. This same Charity Parker who married Arthur Jones lived in Halifax North Carolina while her deceased brother Estate was in Franklin Georgia. Charity Parker Jones sent her son Tignal Jones down to Franklin, Georgia to check on her brother Estate, either James or William Parker.
